Men or Women classes (segregated) -the classes are a great way to get fit and healthy. These classes are suitable for all levels. It is a 1 hour fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements. You will be doing pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and more!
Competitors Training -catered to current members who are at an intermediate/advanced level with the aim of participating in competitions.
Strength/Olympic Lifting – learn and improve your olympic lifts with the guidance of a coach. A 1 hour class with a focus on technique and strength work for the snatch and clean & jerk. (members only)
Fit Teens and Kids Q8 -kids need physical activity to build strength, coordination, and confidence. At Fit Kids Q8, they will be developing the foundation to live a healthy and active lifestyle. It’s a 1 hour class filled with fun activities that will challenge them and keep them engaged.
Open box – this is your chance to train on your own and put in some extra work. There will be a coach at the gym to ensure your safety. This is not a class, this your time to develop weaknesses and practice movement. (members & non-members)
Consultations – a 1 hour meeting with one of our coaches who will help answer any questions you have. The consultation is a chance to assess and discuss your personal goals and challenges in your training and nutrition, or to ask questions about a training program.
Training Programs -there are several training programs that are designed and programmed by our coaches. Created by request or check what’s available in the “programs” page on the menu.
- The “General Fitness or Fat Loss” training program is a general program that can be used by anyone and will help you reach your fitness goal. You can request to have the program made to be performed at a gym or to workout at home. This program will be handed to you and is designed to be used for several months depending on your progress.
- The “Individualized” training program is for those who have very specific fitness goals. For this program, the coach will ask for an initial assessment and test to see what your weaknesses are and what needs to be focused on in your training. This program is suitable for CrossFit athletes, specialized athletes such as MMA fighters, or special cases such as athletes with current or past injuries. This program will be handed to you and is designed to be used for several months. You can ask to have the program updated as you progress.
- The “Competitors” training program is for competitive athletes. For this program, the coach will ask for an initial assessment and test to see what your weaknesses are and what needs to be focused on in your training. Athletes using the Competitors program will be have direct contact via phone or email with a coach and will be asked for daily check-ins and receive their training day to day.

Private Training -a one-on-one training session with a coach. This is suitable for special cases (such as injuries, competitors, seniors, sport-specific athletes).
Online Programming –Similar to our training programs but with direct contact with a coach. It will include a monthly membership fee for continued online coaching. This option is suitable for clients outside of Kuwait.
